The 2026-2027 Solidarity Scholarship Portal will open on Saturday, February 1st

Please read through the scholarship directions thoroughly. Do not send any link where access needs to be granted for Solidarity to obtain the information. 

Applications will be accepted through midnight on Tuesday, March 31st.

  • To be eligible, the applicant must be a member of Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union at the time of application and apply using their own account. Accounts held by a parent or guardian are not eligible.

  • Accounts must be in good standing as of the application deadline.

  • No GPA score requirement

  • Must be enrolling or enrolled into a 2- or 4-year accredited university or a vocational-technical school/skilled trades for the entire year 2025-2026.

  • Must submit copies of transcripts, both essays, documentation from high school or college. A GED is also applicable. These transcripts should include all of the courses taken (or taking) and the grades and credits from each course. The transcript must be stamped by the school/program and have an official signature. Email transcripts to scholarships@solfcu.org.

  • In 250 words or less per question, please include answers to the following questions: Solidarity is deeply rooted in community service and support. How do you envision yourself giving back and making a positive impact in our community in the future? and As technology and AI continue to grow and shape the way we manage our money, Solidarity is focused on staying innovative and forward-thinking. What new financial products, services, or AI-powered tools do you think could help Solidarity better serve members like you?

  • If, for some reason, the awarded candidate fails to fulfill the scholarship agreement, a repayment will be required to Solidarity Community FCU within 90 days of notice of cancellation of university enrollment or vocational-technical school/skilled trades program.

  • Solidarity will award 8 $2,000 scholarships. At least one scholarship is reserved for trade school applicants.

  • You must be a member of Solidarity to apply.
