How do I open an account at Solidarity?
You can open an account online or by visiting any of our branch locations. You’ll need a valid ID, proof of address, and an initial deposit.

Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union has 2 branches in Kokomo to serve you. Main Office- 201 Southway BLVD E, Kokomo IN 46902 Dixon Road Branch- 214 N. Dixon RD. Kokomo, IN 46901

What do I need to bring to open an account?
Proof of Eligibility Proof of Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Indiana counties of Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Howard, Miami, Tipton, or White. Personal Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN): For tax reporting purposes. Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, lease agreement, or any official document that verifies your current residential address. Initial Deposit: A minimum opening deposit of $25 is required for checking accounts.
What are Solidarity’s hours of operation?
Solidarity is open Monday-Friday 9 AM- 5 PM On Friday the drive-up at both locations is open 8:30 AM-6:00 PM.

We offer savings accounts, checking accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), savings accounts for kids, checking accounts for teenagers and more!
Does Solidarity offer business accounts?
Yes! We provide business checking, savings accounts tailored to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
How can I order new checks?
Click the checking & savings drop down menu at the top of the page and at the bottom of the menu is a "reorder checks" link.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information by sending us a secured message from your online or mobile banking, or you can stop by either location.
Does Solidarity have online and mobile banking?
Yes! Our online and mobile banking platforms allow you to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and more.

If you have your member number, you can go to SOLFCU.org to set it up or let us make it easy for you and stop by either location for assistance.
What do I do if I forget my online banking password?
You can reset your password through the Forgot Password link on our website or mobile app.
Does Solidarity offer mobile check deposit?
Yes, call or stop by Solidarity to see if you are eligible.
How do I set up account alerts?
You can customize account alerts through online banking or the mobile app to receive notifications about transactions, balances, and security alerts.
How does Solidarity protect my personal information?

Yes! Notary services are available at both branch location. There is a $2 charge.

Can anyone use the coin machine?
Anyone can use the coin machine. There is a 15% fee for non-members.
